House and apartment viewings by potential buyers and their brokers preferably take place on Sunday afternoons in the form of "open houses", ie appointments are made with several interested parties. If necessary, I'm happy to provide a second one

5 // OFFERS & CONTRACTS

Following the house/apartment viewings, all offers from the various interested parties are collected and evaluated. I would be happy to advise you on the decision to choose a buyer and guide you through the entire acquisition process through to registration.

6 // WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I HAVE TO SIGN?

You sign an "exclusive right to sell" agreement ( brokerage sole contract ). This means that the broker responsible for the listing is paid the agreed commission, regardless of who recruits the buyer. In return, the broker responsible for the listing will pay for all marketing expenses.

This exclusivity of the broker is usually agreed for six months.
